Tracy Saathoff

Tracy Saathoff, MBA, is an experienced marketing, research, and strategy leader currently serving as a Strategic Insights Director at Optum and a Marketing Research & Strategy Consultant at Tracy Saathoff Consulting. They are also active as a volunteer on the Board of Directors for Active Generations and with the Community Impact Committee at Sioux Empire United Way, in addition to teaching at Junior Achievement of South Dakota. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master's degree in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing & Innovation, from the University of Sioux Falls.
