Recognized as a strategic human resources executive, they have a proven track record in M&A integration, talent strategy, and building high-performance cultures. Prior to their current role, Tricia was responsible for the Human Capital strategy for Optum's Care Delivery in New York and New Jersey, overseeing a workforce of over 8,000. Tricia holds a J.D. in Business Law from William Mitchell College of Law and a Master's in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
