Tricia Lea

Tricia Lea currently serves as the Vice President of Outpatient and Specialty Programs at Optum, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Tricia held several leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare, including Vice President for Behavioral Health Services and Executive Director of Behavioral Health. Tricia's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Behavioral Health Clinical Program Design at Optum/UnitedHealthcare from 2019 to 2021. Tricia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Wake Forest University, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University Graduate School, a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from the University of St. Thomas, and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Iowa.
