Trista Johnson

Trista Johnson is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in quality improvement, clinical services, and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Optum Insight Strategic Products & Capabilities, Trista guides innovative product development processes and clinical care management at Optum Health. Prior to this role, Trista led the Quality program at Amazon Care, establishing foundational principles and structures for telehealth services. Trista's decade-long tenure at Providence encompassed several leadership positions focused on quality, population health, and analytical reporting across a large provider group. Earlier career experience at Allina Hospitals & Clinics involved directing performance measurement and patient safety initiatives. Trista Johnson holds a PhD and Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and German from Rice University.
