Tyler O'Neal, MHA, PMP, is the Associate Director of the PMO at Optum, where they oversee Retrieval Client Engagement Operations and manage a team of project managers. With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Tyler has actively contributed to improving patient care and operational efficiencies. They previously held positions at Episource, VCU Health, and CBRE, focusing on project management, operations, and strategic planning. Tyler earned a Master's degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
