Von Grubbs is a clinical psychologist and healthcare executive who has extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in value-based care settings. They have previously held positions such as Director of Clinical Program Development at CIGNA Behavioral Health and VP of Behavioral Affordability at UnitedHealth Group, where they managed large-scale Medicaid and Medicare initiatives. Currently, Von serves as the Director of Behavioral Health Clinical Quality at Optum, focusing on improving Medicare Star ratings for members with behavioral health conditions.
