Wei Shi

Wei Shi is the Associate Director of Health Economics at Optum, where they currently apply their extensive expertise in the field. Previously, they held the position of Director at the Data Analytics Center for China Pacific Insurance Company and served as a Provider Health Economics Consultant at Anthem, Inc. Wei also has experience as a Healthcare Analyst at both HealthPartners and Blue Cross Blue Shield, in addition to being a Biostatistician at Mount Sinai Medical Center. They earned an M.S. in Health Service Research Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota and hold two degrees from Nankai University: an M.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Finance and Japanese.
