William Guzman

William (Rick) Guzman is the Director of Medical Economics and Population Health Analytics at Optum, where they focus on data-driven insights to enhance healthcare delivery. Previously, Rick held various roles, including Manager of Clinical Ops/Data Analytics at Fidelis Care and Technical Marketing Associate Actuary at Vitality UK. Rick’s early career included positions as an Actuarial Analyst at CDPHP and Milliman, gaining extensive experience in healthcare analytics and pricing. Currently, Rick is pursuing an M.A. in Applied Mathematics and a B.S. in Actuarial Science at the State University of New York at Albany.
