Young McConnell, CIC, is currently the Associate Director of Business Process at Optum, a position they have held since 2024. With a proven track record in analytical problem-solving and product implementation, McConnell has consistently exceeded expectations while leading cross-functional teams in complex environments. They bring extensive experience from diverse roles, including National Account Manager at Tommy Hilfiger and various managerial positions at Macy’s. McConnell is committed to performance excellence and holds multiple licenses, including Property & Casualty Agent in 10 states and Surplus Lines Broker in 7 states, along with certifications in risk management and project management. They are currently pursuing a BS in Advertising at the University of Florida.
