Kerri Bailey

Kerri Bailey is a Senior User Researcher at OptumUK, bringing over 8 years of experience in both academia and industry, specializing in impactful end-to-end projects for digital health products. Previously, Kerri served as a Lead Mental Health Scientist at Healios, managing a team to optimize user experiences and collaborating with various stakeholders. Kerri has also held roles as a Research Scientist at Thrive Mental Wellbeing and as a Senior Research Associate at the University of East Anglia, where they demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. Kerri earned a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of East Anglia, along with a Master’s degree with distinction and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
