Lucy Winder is currently a Lead User Researcher at OptumUK, having previously served as a Senior User Researcher for the NHS App at NHS Digital from 2018 to 2021. With a background in research management at organizations such as Ecorys UK and Wakefield and District Housing, they have extensive experience leading user research initiatives. Lucy earned an MA in Social Research Methods from the University of Leeds between 2002 and 2004.
