Melissa Howe

Melissa Howe is a Senior Quality Engineer at OptumUK, where they have continued their role following an acquisition of EMIS Health. Previously, Melissa worked in various positions, including as a Developer at Bookmarked Games and a Team Scrum-master at EMIS Health. They hold a BA(Hons) in Interactive Media Design from Northumbria University, where they also served as a Student Representative. Before their career in tech, Melissa gained customer service experience as a Sales Assistant at Boots UK.
