Sam Hart is currently the Service Asset and Configuration Management Lead at OptumUK, having previously held the same position at EMIS Group PLC from 2019 to 2025. Sam's experience includes roles as a Service Transition Specialist and Service Desk Analyst, where they provided first and second line application support. Before joining EMIS, Sam worked as a Service Analyst at Asda, supporting IT equipment across over 650 stores. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Technology from Leeds Beckett University, following A Level studies in the same field at Ripon Grammar School.
