Tom Broughton

Tom Broughton is an experienced Portfolio Manager currently working at OptumUK since March 2025, following an acquisition of EMIS where Broughton held the same role from January 2022 to March 2025. Prior to these positions, Broughton served in various project management roles at Liverpool Football Club from October 2015 to January 2022 and began a career as a Graduate Account Manager at Townley Network Solutions (UK) LLP from July 2012 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Special Police Constable with Cheshire Police from March 2011 to September 2014. Tom Broughton earned a BA (Hons) in Journalism and Digital Cultures from Liverpool John Moores University between 2008 and 2011.
