My name is Kelly Kannwischer, and I am an ICF-certified coach and Insights Practitioner. Why do I do this work? Because most organizations have capable people doing good work.

The gap isn't talent. It's alignment.

When individuals aren't seen for what they actually bring — when strengths go unnamed and contributions get misused — teams stay busy but never quite hit their stride. Leaders make decisions in the dark. Culture drifts.

OptUp exists to close that gap.

We are an executive coaching and team development practice that helps leaders see their people more clearly and build environments where everyone contributes fully. Our work is practical, human, and rooted in lived leadership experience — not theory.

Through executive coaching, Insights Discovery facilitation, and Working Genius assessments, we help organizations:
→ Name individual strengths with precision
→ Surface what's working and what's being overlooked
→ Build cultures where people do the right work — not just more work
→ Make aligned decisions with greater confidence

OptUp is led by Kelly Kannwischer, an ICF-certified executive coach with over two decades of leadership experience across companies, universities, and nonprofits. A Strategic Partner of Novum Strategic Partners, Kelly brings the structure, insight, and presence that make meaningful progress possible.
When people contribute from who they are, the whole organization moves forward.
