Joice Maia

Joice Maia has extensive experience in supply chain and purchasing management, having held various roles since 2007. They began their career as an intern at Tenneco and later worked as a buyer at Mars before progressing to positions such as Coordinator of Indirect Purchases at B2W Digital. Joice served as Purchasing Manager for both direct and indirect categories at Rede Ímpar and is currently the Senior Manager of Purchasing and Planning at Opty. Additionally, they contributed to the project "Carreiras sem Fronteiras" at Patria Investimentos from 2022 to 2023.
