Ashish Gupta

Ashish Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ashish began their career as a Junior Manager and Management Trainee at Bhilai Steel Plant, where they supervised operations and managed logistics. Ashish then worked at BlackBuck as an Associate Manager and Manager, where they contributed to forecasting and sales planning, pricing methodology improvement, and contract management system development. Ashish also led initiatives related to business process excellence and supply partner mapping.

Afterwards, Ashish joined Swiggy as a Senior Operations Manager, focusing on ops strategy. Ashish then worked at Luxottica as a Student Consultant and at Aramex as an Analytics Practicum Intern. Ashish later joined ORTEC, where they worked on a supply chain engineering capstone project, building a forecasting model and a customer scorecard.

Most recently, Ashish worked at FedEx as an Operations Research Scientist before joining Optym as a Senior Operations Research Scientist.
