Mohan Polaka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mohan is currently working as an Account Manager at Optym since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Deputy Manager Finance Account at Sudhir Srivastava Innovations Private Limited from March 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they held the position of Manager Finance Account at Aarvee Associates from August 2019 to March 2020. Mohan began their career at Continental Hospitals as an Assistant Manager Finance Account, where they worked from October 2012 to August 2019.

Mohan Polaka completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and Computers at Andhra University from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations at Sanketika Vidya Parishad, graduating in 2012.
