Optymass (formerly Quimera Energy) reduces the energy consumption of large buildings, while improving user comfort, and simplifying operational processes. On average, we reduce our customers' energy consumption and expenditure by 10%–15%.

Our digital IoT platform monitors and optimises energy consumption and user comfort by applying intelligent algorithms. There is no investment required by the client - we are paid from the savings we achieve. We also guarantee minimum savings, eliminating financial risk for our clients.

Mission
Drive the decarbonisation of large buildings by reducing energy consumption through IoT technology.

Vision
Helping to transform high‑carbon‑footprint buildings into net‑zero buildings, amortising investments through the savings achieved.

Added value
Optymass provides energy‑optimisation and decarbonisation plans for large buildings, financed by the savings generated.

We have transitioned from traditional energy engineering to cutting‑edge digital solutions, integrating IoT devices and self‑learning algorithms to monitor and control energy usage, enhance user comfort, and optimise operational processes.
