Previously, Mathew gained experience in debt origination and equity placement at Greystone & Co., and also held internships at Marcus & Millichap and BSG Management Company. Mathew's career further developed as an Investment Professional at Leste Group, focusing on origination, analysis, and deal structuring across various real estate asset classes. Currently, as a founding partner and Head of Capital Formation at Opulum Capital, Mathew is involved in deal sourcing, asset management, and understanding investor capital needs.
