Danielle Olsen

Danielle Olsen has held various leadership roles across several organizations, including serving as Executive Director at the Hospitality Workers Training Centre from 2012 to 2016 and as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Ontario Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development from 2016 to 2018. They also worked at Adecco Employment Services as a Staffing Coordinator from 2002 to 2005 and volunteered as Program Manager at Pride Toronto. Currently, they are the Managing Partner at Opus Group, a position they have held since 2020. Danielle has also contributed to policy and development in multiple capacities, such as being a Partner at Social Ventures Partners Toronto and an Innovation Fellow at the Metcalf Foundation.
