Or Gabay has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Or is currently the Co-Founder & CTO at Opus Security since January 2022. Additionally, they hold the position of Insider at YL Ventures from January 2022.

Previously, Or worked at Siemplify (Now Part of Google Cloud) where they held the position of Director, Engineering & Production from October 2019 to November 2021, and Software Engineering Manager from November 2017 to October 2019.

Prior to that, Or gained experience in the Israeli Military Intelligence. Or served as a Software Development Team Lead from June 2014 to August 2017, and as a Software Developer & IT Specialist from January 2012 to May 2014.

Or Gabay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, completing the program between 2015 and 2018.
