Isabella Roque is a production engineer and product owner with a strong background in continuous improvement and project management. Having graduated from universities in Brazil and the UK, Isabella currently works as a Service Delivery Manager at OPUS Software, where they lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project deliveries. Previously, Isabella served as a Product Owner at Carrefour Brasil, managing e-commerce product development and user experience improvements. With certifications in Scrum Product Ownership, Design Thinking, and Six Sigma, Isabella is also pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management.
