Walter Ruiz

Walter Ruiz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and education. As Co-Owner and Sales Director at Opus Software since March 1994, Walter has also taken on a similar role at Opus Software - Canada since April 2019. In addition to these positions, Walter has been involved in mentoring social startups at Quintessa since April 2018 and serves as a Professor at Insper since July 2010. Previously, Walter was an MBA Teacher at IBTA - grupo CETEC Educacional SA from 2005 to December 2017 and worked in sales at comprint from 1988 to 1992. Walter holds degrees in Electromechanical Engineering from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, along with a Técnico em Eletrônica from Escola Tecnica Federal de São Paulo.
