Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management across various sectors, including technology and healthcare. Currently serving as Service Delivery Director and Head of Professional Services at Opus Technology since November 2015, Stephen previously held significant roles at BigHand from 2003 to 2014, including Transformation Director, Client Services Director, and Head of Projects, where notable achievements included overseeing successful acquisitions, enhancing operational efficiencies, and pioneering the implementation of project management methodologies. Stephen’s early career included positions at Arthur Andersen and Sheffield Hallam University, where skills in project management and research were developed. Stephen holds an MSc in Pathological Sciences and a BSc in Pharmacology and Chemistry, both from The University of Sheffield.
