Tom Shefford

Tom Shefford is currently the Head of Proposition – IT & Cybersecurity at Opus Technology, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Tom gained experience as a Technical Manager and Product Manager at Air IT in 2021. They also served in various positions at Riverbank IT Management from 2019 to 2020, including Escalation Team Leader and Support Engineer. Tom's early career included an apprenticeship as an IT Consultant at Baltic Training Services from 2013 to 2014, following their completion of a Level 3 Diploma in IT with Distinction from Oxford and Cherwell Valley College in 2013.
