Thomas Burrows

Thomas Burrows is an IT Support Engineer at Opus 2 since July 2022, with a background in customer service and web development. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Assistant at Morrisons and WHSmith, where customer communication skills were developed. Thomas also served as a Technician at EE during a brief work experience, contributing to the BT and EE merger, and worked on web development for Foodie Polish Cuisine while pursuing a BTEC in Computing. An early role as an Assistant Chef at The Terrace Café provided foundational skills in the restaurant industry. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Forensic Computing from the University of Portsmouth.
