Billy Pham is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. As Co-Founder of Opus Match since January 2020, Billy focuses on developing innovative digital solutions for staffing in technology and HR. Previously, at Wonolo from 2015 to 2020, Billy held several positions, including Director of Engineering, where leadership and team productivity were prioritized to enhance the platform's reliability. As Platform Engineering Manager, significant contributions were made to double revenue and ensure platform availability. Early career roles included Ruby on Rails Developer at Citrix, where Billy contributed to the imaging Cloud team, and multiple development positions at various companies, complemented by a decade-long tenure as Senior Researcher at Hosei University, focusing on e-learning innovations. Billy holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from San José State University.
