Steven Francis

Steven Francis is an experienced leader in the healthcare staffing industry and investment advisory, currently serving as a Board Member for Trusted Health since July 2024. Steven has been President of The Francis Group, a private investment and healthcare staffing advisory firm, since 2004. As a Senior Advisor at Opus Match, Francis focuses on leveraging AI/ML technology to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, Francis played a pivotal role in the growth of Host Healthcare, Inc. as a Senior Advisor and served as Executive Chairman of the American Health Staffing Group. Steven held the position of Chairman of the Board at Medical Solutions and was the co-founder of AMN Healthcare, the largest publicly-traded healthcare staffing firm in the U.S. Francis's early career includes serving as Majority Leader in the Nevada State Assembly. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
