Most small business owners didn’t start their business to spend their days chasing missed calls, babysitting a calendar, or following up on unbooked leads. They built something because they’re great at the work — the craft, the service, the relationships.

Opux gives them that time back.

We build AI agents for service‑based small businesses — the kind that work 24/7, never miss a call, automatically book appointments, follow up with leads, and re‑engage past customers. Not generic chatbots. Purpose‑built agents for dental practices, medspas, home service companies, and more.

Think of an HVAC tech on a ladder, a plumber under a sink, or an electrician on a job when the phone rings. For a lot of small service businesses, that call goes to voicemail and never turns into revenue. In medspas and dental practices, it’s often the front desk that’s overwhelmed, juggling walk‑ins, patients, and a ringing phone. Opux agents step in to answer, book the appointment, send the follow‑up, and re‑engage leads that went cold — across the channels your customers actually use, 24/7, without adding a single person to your payroll.

We’re currently working with a small group of early customers and getting ready to launch our self‑serve platform. If you own or run a service‑based business and you’re tired of the back‑office chaos, we’d love to talk.

Our mission: We build so people can reclaim their time for what truly matters
