OPZET is an independent AI consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses design, build, and implement AI systems that their teams will use.

The firm's differentiator is its foundation in Human Systems Engineering alongside applied AI. Most AI implementations fail in the same place: the system around the model was never designed for the people who have to use it. OPZET designs both.

Work covers six service areas: Strategy and Advisory, Custom AI Development, Workflow Automation, Data and Infrastructure, Training and Enablement, and AI Adoption and Usability Research. All engagements are firm fixed price, phased, and scoped around a written definition of success before development begins.

The firm is founder-led. Every engagement is scoped and delivered by Chandra Carr, MS AI in Business, BS Human Systems Engineering, Arizona State University.

Engagements start with a 20-30 minute conversation at opzetintent.com.
