Roxane Clement

Roxane CLEMENT currently serves as the Opérations et QHSE Manager at OQEMA Group since April 2025. Previously, Roxane held the position of Responsable Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement at Univar Solutions from March 2020 to September 2025. Roxane's career began at AREVA, progressing from a project engineer specializing in environmental issues, radioprotection, and industrial risks to various roles in environmental management and compliance, including senior EHS consultant at Ramboll and environmental specialist at Williams. Significant contributions include leading HSE management systems, conducting audits across multiple industrial sectors, and defining HSE policies for major projects, such as the Joslyn North mine. Roxane’s academic background features an engineering degree in Environment from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from INSA Lyon, complemented by several degrees in physics and chemistry.
