Jan Rende

Jan Rende has extensive experience in the field of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and sensor technology. Currently serving as Team Lead MEMS and MEMS Design Engineer at OQmented since September 2021, Jan previously worked at Northrop Grumman LITEF GmbH as a Development Engineer MEMS from September 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included the design, simulation, and management of inertial sensors and leading interdisciplinary project teams. Prior roles include a position as a Scientific Assistant at FITT gGmbH, focused on sensor technology and thin film technology, and as a Student Assistant at FH Kaiserslautern, overseeing mathematics courses. Jan holds a Master of Engineering in Micro Systems and Nano Technologies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Microsystems and Nanotechnology, both from FH Kaiserslautern.
