Welcome to OR Consultancy, specialists in employee participation People should be able to participate in decisions that affect them. Decisions become better if they are supported by the people involved. As a specialist in employee participation, OR Consultancy offers works councils, directors, HR officers and supervisors solutions that improve employee participation in their organization and deepen and speed up the employee participation process. We do this based on the idea that a similar issue can be tackled in multiple ways, including through advice, guidance and tailor-made training courses in which knowledge tailored to our client's needs is shared and applied. Our core values As consultants, we deliver sound and well-founded advice through business actions. Here we are: Result-oriented: we strive for effective sustainable change. Knowledge driven: we work from an objective point of view. Up to date: we work with focus on current affairs. Creative: we have (in- and) imagination, thinking 'out of the box' and solution-oriented. People-oriented: we focus on the impact of our advice on all parties and relationships.
