At or_studio, we take pride in a personal and collaborative approach to architecture. We listen closely to our clients, respond thoughtfully to their needs, and seek out elegant, practical solutions that unlock the potential of a property.

Our design process is rooted in clarity, care, and creativity, balancing our clients' needs with rigorous attention to detail. Every project is shaped by careful management of budget, programme, and quality, ensuring a smooth and dependable journey from first conversation to completion.

Sustainability is embedded in our thinking from the outset. We adopt a research-led approach that considers the full lifecycle of materials and the long-term performance of the spaces we design. Strategies like passive ventilation, natural light, and low-energy systems are explored from early design stages.

Our small team of qualified architects will be involved from the initial design meetings through to completion. This continuity helps to ensure a more enjoyable project as you build a relationship with the team, and ensures we have a deep understanding of your brief so we can create the beautiful and practical home you want.
