Marcin Ernst

Marcin Ernst is a seasoned professional in the clinical development and healthcare industry, currently serving as Vice President of Ora Europe since October 2024. Ernst previously held multiple leadership roles at Syneos Health (previously known as INC Research/inVentiv Health), including Executive Vice President and General Manager of General Medicine, and has extensive experience in clinical development with a tenure spanning over a decade at INC Research. Prior to Syneos Health, Ernst worked at F. Hoffmann-La Roche as a Senior Clinical Trial Operations Manager and began a career in clinical research at PPD. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warsaw and an MD from Akademia Medyczna w Warszawie.
