Tim Neathery

Tim Neathery is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Ora since September 2024, Tim previously held the same title at Javara from January 2022 to September 2024. Tim’s extensive experience at PPD spanned nearly two decades, where roles included Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing a global talent acquisition function for a leading clinical research organization. Additionally, Tim has held positions in recruiting and staffing at Kimco Staffing, K-Tech Systems, and Rowe Furniture. Tim holds a BA in Human Resources from High Point University.
