Aashir Shroff

Aashir Shroff is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and innovation within the tech industry. Currently serving as VP of Product for HCM AI Talent Management at Oracle since April 2025, Aashir previously held leadership positions at Eightfold, including GM & VP of Product, as well as Sr. Director of Product overseeing Talent Acquisition and Flex Platform. At EY, Aashir was the Global Head of Product for Global Innovation, contributing to the development of a start-up within the organization. Aashir also played a key role at GigNow as Global Product GM, focusing on disrupting the gig economy through a talent marketplace. Earlier career experience includes serving as VP of Mobile Payments and Innovation at Wells Fargo. Aashir holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
