Aashir Shroff

Aashir Shroff currently serves as the VP of Product for HCM AI Talent Management at Oracle, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Aashir was with Eightfold AI from March 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included General Manager and VP of Product and Senior Director of Product, Head of TA and Flex Platform. Aashir also held significant positions at EY as Global Head of Product - Global Innovation, and at GigNow as Global Product GM. Aashir's earlier experiences include leadership roles in mobile payments and innovation at Wells Fargo, as a Principal Consultant at Shroff Consulting, and as a Senior Product Manager at Yodlee, among others. Aashir holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
