Akshay Anand

Akshay Anand is the Director of the Global Operations Center at Oracle, where they lead the India team focused on NOC, Incident Management, and CAPA identification and mitigation. With over 19 years of experience, including more than 10 years in techno-management roles, they previously served as a Senior Manager at Genpact, specializing in Technology Governance for critical corporate IT processes. Prior to that, Akshay held managerial positions at Navisite and worked as a Senior Escalation Engineer at Convergys, gaining extensive expertise in IT infrastructure and operations. Akshay earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Nagpur University.
