Alan H. Staples has extensive experience in product management and clinical intelligence within the healthcare technology sector. At Cerner Corporation, Alan served as a Senior Product Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing EHR-based clinical intelligence for various surgical specialties and leading the development of innovative products that enhanced clinical efficiency and quality of care. Alan also played a significant role in formulating a comprehensive Opioid Use Disorder strategy and has been active as a co-chair of the HIMSS Opioid Crisis Task Force. Currently, Alan holds the position of Senior Manager of Product Management for Perioperative Services at Oracle and co-founded Food Cycle KC.
