Alan Lu

Alan Lu has extensive experience in data analysis and technical support across multiple companies. Beginning as a Lab Assistant at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Alan wrote programs in LabVIEW to analyze lab data and compile reports for scientific review. Subsequently, as a Data Conversion Operator at the United States Postal Service, responsibilities included encoding postal mail for processing. Alan transitioned to AdvancedMD as a Data Conversion Analyst II, where in-depth analysis of client data from various databases was conducted. From 2015 to 2018, Alan served as a Technical Analyst and later as a Senior Technical Analyst at Oracle, focusing on customer support for analytical reporting and investigating defects in Oracle Business Intelligence for Taleo, while also collaborating with Development for resolution.
