Allen Horn

Allen Horn is a Director of Oracle IT in Corporate Networking, currently leading the Network Services Performance and Reliability team. With previous experience as a Manager of Product Development Network Services at Oracle, they skillfully managed teams focused on the design and operation of network infrastructure.
