Andrew Bauer

Andrew Bauer has extensive experience in operations and sales, having held significant leadership positions at Oracle and HSBC. At Oracle, Andrew served as Vice President of Alliances & Channels and as Senior Director - Chief Of Staff for North America Enterprise Resource Planning, where responsibilities included leading operations and driving sales strategies for ERP and supply chain solutions. Prior to Oracle, Andrew was an Enrollment Counselor at Capella University, focusing on Masters programs in Psychology and Counseling. Earlier in the career at HSBC, Andrew excelled as Branch Sales Manager, achieving exceptional sales goals and developing effective sales strategies. Andrew's foundational experience in sales began as an Accelerated Management Trainee and Account Executive, recognized as MVP Rookie of the Year. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management and the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
