Andriy Tsybulsky

Andriy Tsybulsky is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in architecture, design, and implementation across various sectors. They held leadership roles, including Director at Intelligent Mechatronic Systems and VisionMAX, where they focused on enterprise software solutions and eCommerce platforms. Previously, Andriy served as CTO at Sajus Technologies and CSDC Systems Inc., driving innovation initiatives and strategic technology development. In their early career, they contributed as a Senior Architect at Solect Technology Group before attaining an M.Sc. in Software Design and Development from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Most recently, they were the Distinguished Cloud CTO at Oracle, leading architecture engagements for strategic accounts.
