Anil Markose has extensive experience in cybersecurity and compliance across various high-profile organizations. From June 2020 to February 2023, Anil served as the Global Head of AWS Security Trust Programs at Amazon Web Services. Prior experience includes roles as Security Operations Center Commander and Combat Engineering Officer in the United States Air Force, Partner and EVP at Booz Allen Hamilton leading the Commercial Cyber Defense Practice, and Director of Strategic Services at Mandiant. Anil also held positions at EY as Partner and Cyber Threat Management Leader and recently transitioned to Chief Strategy Officer at Abacode Cybersecurity & Compliance, focusing on unifying cybersecurity and compliance risk. Currently, Anil is the GVP and Chief Compliance Officer for SaaS at Oracle, overseeing regulatory and audit interactions to foster market trust in Oracle's SaaS products. Anil earned a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University between 1996 and 2000.
