Aung Lwin has extensive experience in the hospitality and project management sectors, beginning as a Cook at Windsor Bar and Restaurant and progressing to roles such as Restaurant Supervisor at Parmelia Hilton Perth and Restaurant Manager at Hotel d'Urville. Aung contributed significantly to the success of Marque restaurant, which earned multiple accolades, including the Sydney Morning Herald's 3 chef hats and Restaurant of the Year.
