Badr Tharwat

Badr Tharwat is the Field CTO at Oracle EMEA, where they drive strategic initiatives and foster client relationships to leverage technology for business empowerment. Previously, Badr held various roles in leading architectural and technology projects across multiple companies, including Senior Solutions Designer at Mobily and Enterprise Architect at Jawwy, where they designed the first fully digital telecom service in the region. Badr has extensive experience advising executives in telecommunications and financial sectors while implementing complex technology solutions. They also hold a degree from the University of Leicester.
