Currently serving as a distinguished sales engineer, Barr oversees technology solution development for public sector clients and specializes in Oracle's comprehensive product stack. With prior experience as a master principal solution architect and a director at MDL Information Systems, Barr has contributed significantly to technology solutioning throughout their career. Barr holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Yale University, complemented by postdoctoral work at the California Institute of Technology.
