Benjamin Mapes is an experienced hardware regulatory and compliance engineer with over 30 years in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Hardware Compliance at Oracle, they oversee regulatory compliance for IT equipment in over 150 countries. Benjamin co-founded the EWB USA Film Festival and held various leadership roles within Engineers Without Borders USA, including serving as Colorado State Representative. They possess an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
