Bob Mantell

Bob Mantell, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in the field since 2005. Beginning as an HR Representative at e4e, Bob advanced to become a Senior Director at e4e before moving to McKesson as an HR Business Partner. Bob then transitioned to Change Healthcare, serving as a Director and HR Business Partner, and later worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Refresh Mental Health. Currently, Bob is a Principal HR Business Partner at Oracle, where responsibilities include strategic HR initiatives. Bob's early leadership experience includes managing HR operations at MED3000, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, and driving process improvements. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lehigh University.
